Upon reaching out, we swiftly schedule your intro session. This experience introduces CrossFit 66’s foundational aspects, and talk about your goals. After this informative session, seamlessly transition into our group classes.

We understand some participants may seek additional guidance beyond the introductory class. Collaborating closely with our skilled coaches, we’ll tailor a path that aligns perfectly with your specific needs and aspirations.

Step 4: Jump into Group Classes
Armed with the knowledge gained from the intro class, seamlessly integrate into our dynamic group classes. These sessions transcend the conventional workout experience, fostering a sense of strength, encouragement, motivation, and most importantly, enjoyment! The class structure optimizes your time and maximizes your results.
- 0-10 minutes: Engage in a comprehensive general warm-up
- 10-20 minutes: Transition smoothly into a WOD-specific warm-up
- 20-45 minutes: Immerse yourself in the heart of the action with the daily WOD (Workout of the Day)
- 45-60 minutes: Conclude with a purposeful cool-down
